Wieskirche in Steingaden and Fussen, Germany

From Dinkelsbohl, we headed south on the Romantische Strasse. It's a nice quiet road that goes through meandering hills and into the mountains...very beautiful.

Our next stop was at the Wieskirche-Pilgramage Church of the Scourged Savior in Steingaden, Germany.  As you can see from the pictures, it's a beautiful little treasure.

Then on to Fussen, Germany where we stayed at the Parkhotel Bad Faulenbach. It's a beautiful small hotel where the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had scheduled ahead a stay here of two nights.

We decided to go into the town of Fussen, which was just a few minutes walk away.

We stopped for dinner...this was our view from the restaurant!
